3. Account Responsibilities

• You agree not to share your login details with anyone else.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

• Mate Elevate is a platform for mentorship, daily life coaching, and online community engagement.
• Users must adhere to respectful and non-discriminatory communication.
• Any abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Verification Requirements

• To become a verified mentor, users must:
  • Be active on Mate Elevate at least three times weekly for 60 days.
  • Receive a “suggestion” as a mentor from a peer.
  • Successfully complete an interview conducted via the Mate Elevate platform.
• Alternatively, to become an Early Adapter:
  • Join Mate Elevate’s Life Magik membership.
  • Be active at least twice weekly for one month.
  • Participate in at least one group activity.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of the content they create but grant Mate Elevate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display their content within the platform.
• All Mate Elevate branding, logos, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.

7. Payment and Bonuses

• Verified mentors may receive payment for their services. Payment details and schedules will be provided through the platform.
• Early Adapters are eligible for bonuses and promotional opportunities, subject to the terms outlined in relevant announcements.

8. Privacy

• Mate Elevate respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

9. Termination

• Mate Elevate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or any behavior that disrupts the platform’s community.
• Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability Mate Elevate is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. Users engage with mentors and other users at their own discretion and risk.
11. Modifications to Terms Mate Elevate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.
